The facilities in room 11 were great with lots more space than we had anticipated. The shower could only be used 'handheld' but everywhere was spotless

Although I slept well the other members of theparyy found the road and environmental noise loud and did not sleep well.

The staff were helpful and the room was always immaculate.

The Family Room was very good value and meant the kids could stay in their own beds in the same room as us, which made them feel secure, the room was very spacious for them to play with any toys after their shopping trip in London!

The location was good

Breakfast could be better - and there was no internet/WiFi connection working (router not connected) even promised in hotel presentation. The hotel was not able/willing to fix.

really great location, near Selfridge, it s good for boxing day XD. n staffes are quite nice. we had hapi time in this hotel. next time i will book it too.

the bathroom door is a little bit difficulte to close.

Clean, friendly, spacious, comfortable, good breakfast. Very accomodating. Good location, short walk to both the main shops and Madame Tussauds. Plenty of restaurants/cafes nearby.

great location, close to oxford street and to bus station

we planed to travel to manchester to 1 day and then come back to this hotel but they didnt agree to save our luggage for that day!!! so we had to take all of our suitcases for one day to manchester and then came back to this hotel (we ordered in advance and if we could we would cancel ouer second reservation) the service is very not welcoming!

I remained satisfied with the choice made, by the courtesy of staff and the excellent breakfast (of course in view of the hotel category). A nice big room, comfortable beds and a bathroom clean and functional, as we were in 4 (family with two teenagers)! I highly recommend for a vacation of 3/4 days!

For £125 this represented very poor value for money. The room was dingy, the carpet was very poor, obviously cleaned into oblivion and still with dirty patches and not properly fitted. One radiator in the room did not work..although this was denied by reception. There was a portable oil heater in the room which we did not realise until the morning. So we were cold at night. Never again. I use booking . com a lot and have not been disappointed before. This should be downgraded, or offered at a lower price. Breakfast was better than the room. Essentially this was a room in a samll shabby guest house and not a hotel. Horrid......

We shared a triple room and it was great, staff were very friendly and helpful highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was extremely loud due to "paper walls" and the rooms were extremely small but 5 square meters is ok for 1 night when you are tired from the shopping and only want to sleep.. But the wind was blowing through the hotel and the doors were squrkreking all the night so I wasnt able to have a rest enough.. One good point for this hotel is due to location. Hotel is located only 4 mins from Oxford street (Primark) whats absolutely great for me. No more..

It was very convenient for Oxford Street and surrounding areas Our room was comfortable

We found the breakfast room very cramped and noisy with wooden chairs being scraped on the tiled floors, how about felt pads put on the base of the chair legs

The hotel is very near to oxford street, as we went there for shopping.... location just perfect!!! the staff was really helpful and friendly :) Comfort very good and the breakfast just perfect.....cant wait to go again :) ...hopefully next year :):)
